On the journey toward industrialization and modernization, Phu Tho Province is gradually establishing itself as an attractive destination for both domestic and international investors. The technical infrastructure system, including internal roads, electricity, water supply and drainage, and telecommunications, has been systematically invested in to ensure technical quality, aesthetics, and construction progress. The wastewater treatment system adopts advanced South Korean technology, meeting the highest environmental protection standards. Contractors are accelerating construction by mobilizing manpower and equipment to complete the infrastructure as soon as possible and welcome secondary investors.<\/span><\/p>\n

Within a short period, the industrial park has attracted strong interest from businesses from South Korea, Japan, and Singapore\u2014countries with highly developed industrial sectors. This appeal stems from its strategic location, modern infrastructure, abundant workforce, and the province\u2019s open investment policies. Phu Tho currently has a population of more than 4 million, of which 60% are of working age with extensive experience in industrial manufacturing\u2014an important factor that gives investors confidence to expand their operations over the long term.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, the provincial government consistently accompanies businesses by improving the investment environment, simplifying administrative procedures, and supporting investors throughout the implementation process. Once the industrial park becomes operational, local living standards will certainly improve, the labor structure will gradually shift toward industry and services, and Tam Duong is expected to become the eastern development center of the province.<\/span><\/p>\n

Towards a Model Industrial Park<\/b><\/h2>\n

With the goal of developing a model industrial park, Son Ha Group focuses on three strategic pillars: planning, environmental sustainability, and operations.
