SHI IP Tam Duong Industrial Park Towards a Model Industrial Park
On the journey toward industrialization and modernization, Phu Tho Province is gradually establishing itself as an attractive destination for both domestic and international investors. On the province’s industrial development map, SHI IP Tam Duong Industrial Park, developed by Son Ha Group, is regarded as one of the key projects, reflecting a strategic vision aimed at building a model, green, and sustainable industrial park.

According to Mr. Ho Van Viet, Project Director of SHI IP Tam Duong Industrial Park (Son Ha Group), the industrial park has been master-planned and developed based on modern, integrated standards, with a high proportion of green space, aiming to create a harmonious production, ecological, and service environment.
The technical infrastructure system, including internal roads, electricity, water supply and drainage, and telecommunications, has been systematically invested in to ensure technical quality, aesthetics, and construction progress. The wastewater treatment system adopts advanced South Korean technology, meeting the highest environmental protection standards. Contractors are accelerating construction by mobilizing manpower and equipment to complete the infrastructure as soon as possible and welcome secondary investors.
Within a short period, the industrial park has attracted strong interest from businesses from South Korea, Japan, and Singapore—countries with highly developed industrial sectors. This appeal stems from its strategic location, modern infrastructure, abundant workforce, and the province’s open investment policies. Phu Tho currently has a population of more than 4 million, of which 60% are of working age with extensive experience in industrial manufacturing—an important factor that gives investors confidence to expand their operations over the long term.
In addition, the provincial government consistently accompanies businesses by improving the investment environment, simplifying administrative procedures, and supporting investors throughout the implementation process. Incentive policies on corporate taxes, land rental, and legal support are consistently applied, demonstrating the spirit of “the government accompanying businesses.”
