Son Ha Group Officially Breaks Ground on SHI IP Tam Duong Industrial Park

On April 28, 2023, Son Ha Group officially broke ground on SHI IP Tam Duong Industrial Park in Vinh Phuc Province, marking its official entry into the industrial real estate market.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held in a solemn atmosphere with the participation of representatives from central ministries, departments and agencies; leaders of Vinh Phuc Province, Tam Duong District and local authorities; media agencies; partners; banks; investors; contractors; design consultants; and project appraisal consultants.

Located in Huong Dao Commune, Dao Tu Commune and Hop Hoa Town, Tam Duong District, Vinh Phuc Province, SHI IP Tam Duong Industrial Park covers an area of 162.33 hectares, including 116.03 hectares of leasable industrial land and 5.59 hectares designated for commercial, service and administrative facilities serving the industrial park.

Sharing the development orientation of the project, Mr. Tran Cuu Quoc – General Director in charge of SHI IP Tam Duong Industrial Park Project, said:

With its strategic location and direct connectivity to the entire Northern expressway network and Noi Bai International Airport, SHI IP Tam Duong Industrial Park provides convenient transportation solutions for tenants. The project is only 44 km (approximately 50 minutes) from Hanoi city center; 28 km (approximately 20 minutes) from Noi Bai International Airport; connected to the national expressway network including Hanoi – Lao Cai, Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh, Hanoi – Bac Giang – Lang Son, Hanoi – Thai Nguyen; and connected to Vinh Phuc ICD Inland Container Depot.

The investor places special emphasis on developing the project’s landscape infrastructure, including green spaces, lakes, walking paths and central parks integrated among factory buildings. The project features a clean water plant using BIOFILL technology from Japan to treat groundwater without chemicals; a wastewater treatment plant using GS-SBR technology from South Korea; and the FreeSolar rooftop solar power system, transforming factory rooftops into solar power stations that utilize renewable energy, helping save costs and protect the environment. In addition, the project offers a wide range of supporting facilities such as banks, office spaces, showrooms, and commercial kiosks.

Son Ha Group signed a memorandum of agreement with Northern Power Corporation on power supply for SHI IP Tam Duong Industrial Park, committing to support manufacturers in the industrial park in installing rooftop solar power systems to build a green and clean production environment in line with the Government’s orientation. At the same time, Son Ha Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with GM Hitech of South Korea on wastewater treatment solutions for the industrial park.

In addition, to ensure continuity and efficiency in establishing business operations for partners, Son Ha Group also provides services related to investment procedures, project legal consultancy, customs services, design and construction upon request, diversified leasing options, flexible payment methods, and recruitment and human resource training services for investors.
